Our 14U AA (2008 BY) National Bound team will be coached by Justin Kostosky in the 2022/2023 season. Here’s some more info about the team.

• Non-parent coach, third season with South Pittsburgh Rebellion, played AAA with Little Caesars in Michigan
• 2 on ice practices a week with combination of full ice and half ice hybrid
• Dryland training, film review session every week
• PAHL 20 game schedule + placement games + playoffs
• Weightlifting program included
• 20-30 independent game schedule, including single games, home/home series, and local and away tournaments.
