Board Elections for the 2026/2027 Season
As we begin planning for the 2026/2027 season, the South Pittsburgh Hockey Club has six open Board positions up for election.
Our Board is made up entirely of volunteers who dedicate a significant amount of their personal time to ensuring the organization runs smoothly for our Rebellion families. Serving on the Board is a major commitment, but it is also an opportunity to help build a club we can all be proud of while supporting the development of our players both on and off the ice.
Depending on the role, Board members should expect to spend approximately 1–3 hours per day assisting with club operations and communications.
Board Member Expectations
- Serve a two-year term
- Attend monthly Board meetings (in person or remotely)
- Meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM throughout the year
- Contribute significant time and effort toward club operations
- Assist with tryouts during the month of April
- Please avoid scheduling extended vacations during this period
