South Pittsburgh Rebellion would like to congratulate team 8u Pepper for their championship win in their division at the Alpha Thanksgiving Classic!

On the first day of tournament play, the team battled against 2 different Fayette County Ice Miner teams and ended the day with two big wins. The passing, hustle and teamwork from this team was incredible!

The grit and persistence didn’t stop there. On Saturday morning, the team beat the Morgantown Blades to advance to the championship game for the rematch against the Blades.

After a period of back and forth hockey, Rebellion extended their lead and neverlooked back winning 13-4. For the team of first and second year players, it was their first Championship win together. Awesome job Rebellion players and coaches! #rollrebellion #rebellionstrong
