Roster position declines must be received within 48 hours of roster posting (decline deadline is Monday, April 21th, 7:00 PM). Any declines received after Monday, April 21th, 7:00 PM will result in full forfeiture of the player commitment fee. Declines must be received in writing to orginfo@southpittsburghhockey.org. Declines received in email before Monday, April 21th, 7:00 PM will receive a commitment fee refund.
