Experienced non-parent coaches with a combined 14 seasons of coaching experience between PIHL and PAHL from middle school to varsity and from 14U AA to 16U AA.
Coaching philosophy: Create a positive team culture focused on selflessness, trust, communication, respect, mental toughness, and fun with an emphasis on individually controllable variables such as attitude, compete, and effort with excellence as the goal.

Detailed team systems and practice plans distributed by the coaches.
2 to 3 on ice practices a week during August and September, then dedicated Wednesday evening practices once the PIHL regular season starts (PIHL friendly).
Dryland training, video review sessions, and team and player/coach meetings scheduled periodically throughout the season.
PAHL 20 game schedule + placement games + playoffs + Mid-Ams.
20-30 independent game schedule, including single games, home/home series, and local and away tournaments.
Expectation on players to develop and excel in a structured hockey system while still having fun.
