  • Can Be Either Your Primary or Additional Team if You Are Also On Another Co-Ed Team
  • Available for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 Birth Years

NOTE: There is a separate registration form for this team because of the price.   The team has a lighter practice schedule so the season fee is less than regular 10u-19u teams.

All Skaters 12U Girls
TOTAL PAYMENT of $1290 =
TRYOUT FEE $60 due at time of registration
COMMITMENT FEE $180 due at registration
6 PAYMENTS OF $175 due July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1 (unless paid in full)

Goalies 12U Girls
TOTAL PAYMENT of $645 =
TRYOUT FEE $60 due at time of registration
COMMITMENT FEE $180 due at registration
6 PAYMENTS OF $67.50 due July 1, August 1, September 1, October 1, November 1, and December 1 (unless paid in full)

What about the commitment fee?  It is refundable if you do not accept a offered roster spot within 48 hours. However if you attended a birth year or special team tryout, the BY tryout fee is deducted from the refund since it was not charged initially. Please read our fee policy for more details
