ADM Coordinator Role Update
Dear All,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of South Pittsburgh Hockey Club, we are excited to announce that both Rick Hoffman and Wes Shoulders have been named the ADM Co-Coordinators for the 2025-2026 season.
Rick Hoffman brings a lifelong passion for hockey, having grown up playing in both PAHL (multiple organizations) and PIHL (Baldwin School District). After finishing his playing career, he transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach with the Predators and Baldwin JV teams. Rick currently holds a USA Hockey Level 3 coaching certification and stays actively involved in the sport through his two sons—one finishing his final year of Mite hockey and the other set to join the program in the 2027-28 season. Rick’s strength lies in his attention to foundational skill development and his ability to connect with young athletes as they begin their hockey journey. We’re excited to have him on board!
Wes Shoulders brings a competitive playing background and a strong focus on mentorship and team culture. He played his travel hockey with the Wheeling Jr. Nailers and competed for four years on the Wheeling Park varsity team. Wes began coaching with the Jr. Nailers in 2011, expanded into high school coaching with Wheeling Park in 2023, and officially joined Rebellion in 2024. Beyond the rink, Wes is a proud father of four young children, one of whom is heading into his second season with Rebellion. His energy, leadership, and commitment to fostering a positive team environment make him a tremendous asset to our Mite program—we’re thrilled to welcome him!
We’d like to extend our sincere appreciation to Nate Reitmeyer for his years of dedicated service in this role. Nate will continue to support our organization as a coach at the 8U level this coming season.
