Roster position declines must be received within 48 hours of roster posting (decline deadline is Sunday, April 20th, 10:00 AM). Any declines received after Sunday, April 20th, 10:00 AM will result in full forfeiture of the player commitment fee. Declines must be received in writing to orginfo@southpittsburghhockey.org. Declines received in email before Sunday, April 20th, 10:00 AM will receive a commitment fee refund.
