South Pittsburgh Rebellion would like to announce our 18U AA 2005/2006 Team for the 2023-2024 Season!

Head Coach: Joe Thomas (Level 4)
Assistant Coach: DJ Zeh (Level 4)

  • Experienced non-parent coaches that are returning for their fifth season with SPHC and fourth season with 2006 BY team
  • Detailed team systems and practice plans distributed by the coaches
  • Regular weekday practices (60 min x 2 per week)
  • PAHL schedule + 20-30 independent game schedule, including single games, home/home series, and local and away tournaments
  • Expectation on players to develop and excel in a structured hockey system while still having fun.  (PIHL Friendly)
  • UPMC Performance off ice training
  • Shane Clifford goalie training

 

Open Skates

Open skates for this team will be held on the following dates.   It will be a high tempo practice and a good opportunity to meet the coaching staff.

  • Saturday, April 22 – 7:40pm – 9:10pm
  • Sunday, April 23 – 3:40pm – 5:10pm
