Roster position declines must be received within 48 hours of roster posting (decline deadline is Saturday, April 19th, 12:00 PM). Any declines received after Saturday, April 19th, 12:00 PM will result in full forfeiture of the player commitment fee. Declines must be received in writing to orginfo@southpittsburghhockey.org. Declines received in email before Saturday, April 19th, 12:00 PM will receive a commitment fee refund.
